The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

 

Consumer Agreement

​Terms, Conditions, & Event Participation Agreement

By completing registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• I accept full responsibility for ensuring my vehicle is in safe and proper operating condition. I agree to complete the required pre-event inspection prior to arrival. The inspection form is available under the documents tab at edgeaddicts.com. Vehicles deemed improperly prepared at the event will not be permitted on track, and no refund or credit will be issued.

• I understand that all drivers must sign a release of liability waiver at the track prior to participation.

• I accept full financial responsibility for any damages I may cause to the track surface, safety barriers, paddock, garages, or any other property at the event, including all associated costs.

• Edge Addicts events are structured high-performance driving experiences designed for drivers committed to improving their skills. I agree to actively participate in the instructional aspects of the event and to work with an Edge Addicts instructor or an approved private coach throughout the day.

• I acknowledge that all participants are required to follow and respect any instructions, directives, or decisions made by Edge Addicts staff and/or track personnel at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

• I agree to follow all event rules and standards of conduct. If I have any questions prior to registering, I will contact bri@edgeaddicts.com for clarification. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

• All drivers must be at least 18 years of age.

• Trucks and SUVs are not permitted under any circumstances. Registration with a prohibited vehicle will result in denial of participation without refund or credit.

• If registering with a convertible, I confirm the vehicle is equipped with factory rollover protection or an approved aftermarket roll bar installed prior to the event.

 

Cancellation, Transfers & Refund Policy

• All registrations are final. No refunds or credits are guaranteed under any circumstances.

• Cancellations made within ten (10) days of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.

• For cancellations made more than ten (10) days prior to the event, a refund may be issued solely at the discretion of Edge Addicts and only if the vacated spot is successfully resold. No refunds will be issued if the spot is not filled.

• Registrations may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual without prior written approval from Edge Addicts. Any unauthorized transfer will result in the registration being voided without refund.

• Any approved refund will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.

 

Payment Disputes & Acknowledgment

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined herein, including the cancellation, transfer, and refund policy.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for any reason related to cancellation, event eligibility, vehicle compliance, or failure to attend. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Edge Addicts reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including recovery of the disputed amount, associated fees, and any legal costs incurred.

 

Sales Tax

Edge Addicts applies sales tax in accordance with Texas law. While the educational components of the event may be exempt, certain elements—such as garage rentals and facility usage—are subject to applicable sales tax.

If you reserve a garage space, a portion of that fee will be taxed accordingly.
